Bringing Dull, Stained Fresno Driveways Back to Life
Life in the Central Valley is hard on concrete. Our hot, dry summers pull moisture out of everything while heavy dust and airborne soil from the surrounding farmland settle into the surface of a driveway and stay there. Add the oil that drips from every car and the rust that creeps out from a forgotten patio chair or a sprinkler head, and a driveway that started out bright can turn dull and blotchy before you know it.
We take all of that on, cleaning driveways and every kind of flatwork concrete by the square foot and tuning the method to the surface in front of us. Sidewalks, patios, and pool decks each get the same careful read before we start, so you end up with a clean, even finish that suits your particular concrete instead of a one-size blast that treats a painted patio the same as a bare slab.
If your concrete has seen better days, give us a call at (559) 907-0272 and we'll take a look.
The Concrete Surfaces We Clean
Not all concrete is built the same, and the surface decides how we work. Here are the driveway and flatwork types we clean most often around town, and how our approach shifts for each. The same square-footage approach carries over to our concrete cleaning for sidewalks, patios, and pool decks.

Regular (Poured) Concrete
This is the durable, everyday surface most driveways are made of. It can take stronger treatment, so we use SH (sodium hypochlorite), a degreaser, or F9 for rust as the job calls for, paired with a surface cleaner and the right amount of pressure to bring it back to an even, bright finish.
Stained Concrete
Decorative stained concrete needs a gentler touch. We keep the pressure low and lean on the right chemistry, so the surface comes clean without stripping or fading the color you paid for.
Painted Concrete
Painted surfaces are the most delicate of the three. We lean on more chemistry and much lighter pressure to lift the dirt without chipping or peeling the paint, keeping the finish intact while it gets clean.
What Sets Our Fresno Driveway Cleaning Apart
Plenty of outfits will run a machine over your slab and call it done. Here is what we bring to a driveway or concrete job specifically.

Our Own Proprietary Degreaser Blend
For grease, we reach for our own degreaser-and-lye proprietary blend, mixed in-house. The finer lye works its way down below the surface pores, right where grease hides, and cuts through buildup that ordinary cleaners leave sitting on top.

Honest Expectations on Stains That Won't Fully Lift
We tell you up front what will and won't come out. Some staining is set deep in the concrete and won't fully lift, and you'll hear that from us before we start rather than after. You get a straight answer and a realistic picture, not an oversell.

How Our Fresno Driveway Cleaning Works
From the first call to the last rinse, here's how a driveway cleaning goes with our crew.
Your Free In-Person Estimate
Reach out by call or text — the owner personally responds fast and comes out to look at the concrete in person. We measure the square footage, read the surface and the staining, and give you an accurate price on the spot more often than not, so there are no surprises later.
Scheduling and the Heads-Up
Once you approve the estimate, we get you on the schedule. You'll receive an appointment confirmation, a reminder the day before, and an on-my-way text or call the day of, so you always know when we're coming.
Pre-Treat and Surface-Match the Method
We pre-wet the dirty concrete, lay down SH, and let it dwell for five to ten minutes, then match the chemistry and pressure to whichever surface we're on. Where there's grease, we switch to our own degreaser-and-lye proprietary blend to cut through it.
Clean, Post-Treat, and Rinse
We run the surface cleaner and pressure wash the slab, then go back over any spots that need a second pass, using F9 where rust is present. Once the stubborn areas are handled, we rinse the whole surface down clean.
Walkthrough and You're Only Invoiced When You're Satisfied
We walk the finished driveway with you before we pack up. The job isn't done in our book until you're happy with it, and only then do we hand you an invoice.
Driveway Cleaning Pricing in Fresno
Driveway and flatwork concrete cleaning is priced by the square footage, with the soil level, oil, and rust driving the price up and quantity discounts on larger areas. For most homes it lands in a straightforward range once we see the surface.
- Starting at $250 for driveway and flatwork concrete cleaning, priced by square footage; heavier soil, oil, and rust raise it, and larger areas earn a quantity discount.
A couple of ways to bring the cost down:
- Bundle discount: 5% off two services and 10% off three or more, which applies whenever driveway or concrete cleaning is one of the services you book, such as pairing it with a house wash.
- Recurring cleaning earns better per-visit pricing the more regularly we come out. Ask about it when you get your estimate.
What Customers Say
Frequently Asked Questions
Will you get the oil stains out of my driveway?
Oil stains almost never come out all the way. The oil soaks down to the base of the concrete, so no amount of chemical, hot water, or pressure reaches it completely; we'll lighten it as much as possible and tell you honestly what to expect. In most cases we can make a real, visible difference even when a full removal isn't on the table.
How long does it take to clean a driveway?
A standard two-car driveway usually takes about an hour and a half. Larger or heavily soiled concrete can run a couple hours and up, since timing depends on the square footage and how much oil, rust, or organic soil we're working through. Bigger jobs like larger stretches of concrete around the property naturally take a bit longer.
Do I need to be home when you clean my driveway?
Not necessarily. We just need access to the driveway and an outside water spigot to do the work. We'll confirm before we arrive, send an on-my-way message the day of, and walk the finished job with you if you happen to be home.
