New-construction glass is first-time glass, so we clean it by hand and detail-dry every pane. The On-Site Walkthrough and Window Count
Call, text, or send a request, and we respond personally and quickly. We come out to the site, count the windows, and look at how heavy the stickers, paint, and film are. You get a price on site, per window, usually on the spot. The estimate is free with no obligation.
Scheduling and Coordinating Site Access
Once you approve the estimate, we get you on the schedule. You will get an appointment confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a text or call when we are on the way. Commercial jobs get a check-in a week ahead and again two days out. Access and timing get confirmed up front with your builder or property manager, so we stay out of another trade's way.
Pre-Inspection Photos Before Any Water or Razor
Before any water or razor touches the glass, we take photos of the scratches or chips already on the new windows. Those shots go to you before we start, so there is a clear record of the site's condition.
Razoring Off Stickers, Paint, and Construction Film
The stickers, the dried paint, and the film come off the glass with a razor wherever they need it. Heavier buildup just takes longer to work through.
Hand Cleaning and Detail-Drying Each Window
Then we clean each window the traditional way: T-bar, mop, squeegee, and a detail-dry pass by hand. A water-fed pole stays in the truck here, since that tool is for maintenance visits on glass that just needs upkeep.
Walkthrough and Finished-Glass Photos

We price this job per window rather than as a flat fee, so you only pay for the glass that needs work. The heavier the sticker, paint, and film buildup, the higher the per-window figure, and the final number comes at the on-site walkthrough.
- The work is priced starting at $25 per window for light sticker and film removal on new glass. Where paint overspray or heavy stickers need extra razoring, the rate runs higher on those panes. Since the total follows the window count, a larger building with more glass runs more than a small one.
- If you add a house wash or any other service to the same visit, the bundle discount applies. Two services together take 5% off, and three or more take 10% off.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle the full post-construction clean up, or just the windows?
We handle just the windows, the window-cleaning portion of post-construction. That means removing the stickers, paint, and construction film and cleaning the glass. We do not haul debris, do site cleanup, or do any interior work beyond the glass itself. If you want the building exterior cleaned too, we can add a house wash to the same visit.
Can you clean the new windows on a multi-story or high-rise building?
No, this service does not cover high-rise work. Our ladders reach about 28 feet, which is the practical height limit for a post-construction window job. Anything taller than that is outside what we take on here. If the building's exterior walls need cleaning as part of the turnover, that falls under our building washing service instead.
How long does post-construction window cleaning take?
A post-construction window job usually takes a few hours and up. The exact time depends on how many windows there are and how heavy the sticker, paint, and film buildup is. A small storefront moves quickly, while a full building with lots of glass takes longer.
Will your razors damage tinted or coated glass?
No, we do not use razors on tinted or coated glass. Skipping the blade there protects the tint and any coating. On standard new glass, we razor where needed to lift the stickers, paint, and film cleanly.
